Hum hamesha koshish karte hain ki har recharge, withdrawal, aur ID ka transaction 100% transparent ho.

Lekin gaming ek live real-time service hone ke kaaran, kuch cases mein refund possible nahi hota.


1. No Refund After ID or Balance Delivered

  • Agar aapko gaming ID, bonus ya wallet balance mil chuka hai – uske baad koi refund issue nahi hoga

  • Har transaction manual verification ke baad complete hota hai

  • Aapko recharge karne se pehle confirm karna hota hai

2. Refund Allowed In These Special Cases

Hum sirf kuch specific conditions mein refund allow karte hain:

Technical Error (Server failure) ✅ Yes, after audit check
Personal regret / change of mind ❌ No
Bonus khatam hone ke baad refund ❌ No

Valid refund request par 24–48 hours mein manual review ke baad action hota hai.

3. Proof Jaruri Hai

Agar aap refund request bhejte ho, to aapko yeh sab dena hoga:

  • Payment screenshot (UPI ID dikhna chahiye)

  • WhatsApp number jisme ID liya gaya

  • Time + Date of transaction

  • Problem ka short explanation

4. Processing Time

Valid refund case hone par:

  • Initial reply: within 24 hours

  • Refund approval: within 48–72 working hours

  • UPI reversal ya wallet return ke form mein milega


5. Har Payment Verified Hota Hai

  • Har transaction WhatsApp pe verified agent ke through hota hai

  • ID delivery + balance credit ke baad refund rule apply nahi hota

  • Koi bhi user bonus claim karke fir refund maange – aise cases ko fraud maana jaata hai
